South March, The

The lands to the south and east of Amrosa.

Otto Greive, the Queen's brother-in-law and Lord Protector owns these lands. Though the region's northernmost areas on the banks of the River Tibor are fertile, the southern lands are poorer.

The fens and marshlands in the west were once well managed by a network of drainage ditches, dikes, and canals. But the area has long-since fallen into decay, and the area is largely uninhabited.

The ruins of several cities remain, places of haunted memories, their once-bustling streets now drowned by the ever-encroaching waters of the fens.
The steppes to the east are more cultivated, and are dotted with farmsteads.
