Hello!

The week has just flown by for me and I'm trying to work out what I got done!

I did manage to get out a really fun episode this week, and I enjoyed creating all the sound effects. This whole little section we have over the next couple of weeks is one of my favourites, showcasing the claustrophobia and how it chips away at the characters' mental reserves.

I also had a good few sessions working on Book 4 of the Circle of Souls, and that is starting to take shape nicely. There are so many story strands that I feel I need to keep a tight rein on each one as I work through the storyline I have planned.

I also had a fun time working some more on the city maps for these stories. I can just get lost in them for hours - imagining where each street leads and what they are called.

Anyway, back to the Deathwalkers...

27 - The Outpost

Captain Blake has taken his patrol out into the Red Zone in search of two missing soldiers. When he does find them, they have fallen prey to one of the countless dangers in the area and Blake is compelled to improvise a grisly revenge.

The struggle with his exposure to the Heavenfield is putting him under is more and more strain, and the extreme decisions he is making are testing the loyalty of his men to the limit...
