Has the week come around so quickly?! It turns out that having a poorly cat allows about as much sleep as having a new-born baby!

Little Leelu has been fantastic, bless her, but the week has just flown by in no time. I managed the first week of disrupted sleep before I crumpled, and since then Gem took over and has been doing an amazing job of getting up at 4am when it seems that cats are just ready to party!

So, other than working on the audiobook, I haven't managed much writing, other than some copying up from my notebooks. Leelu still has over a month to go in her cage (poor thing), so I'm not planning on getting a whole lot done for a little while!

30 - Marooned

Captain Blake's squad are among the first to return to Fort Caulder, ready to make their way home. The field-treaty has come into effect and all activity in the Heavenfield must cease.

But it seems as though the fates have once again conspired to keep Captain Blake from returning to his old life, and an unwelcome surprise awaits them at the American entry-point...
