Captain Reimar is Head of Internal Security at the Hayden Hill Research Facility.

A seasoned and adept officer, he commands a small squad of troops. After the shutdown of the Arrays, Reimar came under the control of Aubrey Wilson who was tasked with overseeing the decommissioning of the Standing-Point Project.
