Character Description

Originally a key member of the British Research on Standing Point Technologies, it is now believed that Dr. Keeler had a hand in the explosion which destroyed the Hayden Hill Facility. Thought to be lost in the accident, Keeler resurfaced in the Exile Fortress, where he had been converted to the cause of protecting the Heavenfield from any more human incursions.

He is credited with heading the Research and Development team responsible for creating the energy unit which powered the latest generation of Field rifles. Although slow-firing and cumbersome, these guns went on to become the MX-series, a formidable and dependable piece of offensive weaponry.
